As an Educator
I’ve taught a variety of international business courses on both the undergraduate and graduate levels; in-person, hybrid, and via Zoom. To me In-person is the best.
Export-Import Operations, International Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business & Society, International Finance, the Economic History of the United States, Leadership & Management, Contemporary Issues in Business, International Management, Service Management, Organizational Management…I taught a variety of classes, and at Rosemont College I ran both the International Business and the Management Departments, while at Rosemont, Ramapo College, and the American Military University, I started their International Business programs.
To me, teaching is all about trust. I needed to tell them the truth about their work, and if it wasn’t good, then they needed to know I’d spend the extra time with them to help them make it good. In return; they needed to do their best. It’s simple; you get back from your students what you put into the class, and I’ve got students working at Goldman Sachs, KPMG, and similar who would agree!
End of semester send-off!
